Looking to jump into real estate sales? KeyGlee is looking for motivated people who love sales and want to grow. We help investors find great fixer-upper properties and connect sellers with the right buyers. No experience in real estate? No problem! We’ll give you all the tools, training, and support you need to succeed!

This position is open to local residents of Phoenix, Arizona

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you'll be negotiating property deals and staying in close contact with investors and sellers through calls, texts, and emails to get the best prices and terms. We’re here to help you grow with ongoing support and resources to set you up for success. Be part of a team that values your growth and gives you the tools to thrive!

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Sales experience

Basic computer skills

Strong phone communication

Positive and proactive attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and nurture client relationships

Negotiate prices for properties

Conduct daily property assessments

Reach weekly and monthly sales goals

Achieve daily KPIs for ongoing success

Work with a fantastic team and enjoy the journey!

If you don't have your real estate license, we'll enroll you and pay for the schooling costs

PAY STRUCTURE

Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour, against commission; whichever is greater. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions.
