Sales Marketing Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Marketing Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to create plans to meet goals, manage schedules, and assess staff performance. They also liaise with internal and external parties, and address issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on each member's strengths and skills and offering the training necessary to complete certain tasks.
