Niksi Cabinetry is looking for a highly self-motivated team player for our cabinet sales position, must have a strong work ethic and excellent sales /verbal/ written skills.

Niksi Cabinetry is a manufacturer and supplier of quality prefabricated and custom luxury cabinetry. We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Installation Sales Specialist. Must have cabinet experience in the builder direct market. This position will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with our clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our products. Acquiring new and maintaining current customers will be part of your responsibilities, as well as understanding what they are looking for to achieve their short-and long-term expectations to ensure delivery of the best of our services. You will serve as our client’s main point of contact, helping them to reach their goals and ensuring a continued, positive, and profitable relationship for both sides. The Cabinet Installation Sales Representative will also be responsible for marketing, sales, and promotion.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.

Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within the

production home building industry, remodelers, and home improvement

Responsible for overall sales

Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples,

brochures, and other collateral supplies

Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns, ensuring customers are set up in CRM

System, providing price quotes, scheduling weekly visits, etc.

Increase market

Attend marketing events and builder meetings as required

Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and project the number of contracts to be made

utilizing company provided sales tools as well as cold calling

Works with management, sales team, and marketing to execute business strategy for all customer

segments in the area

Professional Experience:

Must have 2+ years in the building supplies industry

Active contacts in the Phoenix market

Experience working with residential purchasing and construction managers

2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within the customers organization

Familiarity using cabinet design software and ability to interpret customer blueprints.

Cabinetry sales experience required
