Service Tech./Installer

Looking for a Certified HVAC Technician/Installer. This position is part time that would lead into full time positon as the seasons progress.

Technician-

Should be able to properly diagnosis residential and light commercial HVAC applications with minimal assistance. They would need to properly apply this information in brief email format along with attached pictures to our dispatch for further processing.

Technician would be dispatched from thier home daily with flexible times of personal time needed with 2 days prior notice. Their weekly schedule would be uploaded to thier phone with a 3 day work schedule provided and weekends off unless prior discussed for emergency install or service work needed by the company.

Apon hiring a company cell phone and uniforms are provided.

A Company vehicle is provided fully stocked after a 1 year probationary period to warrant this.

All fuel used is on reimbursement purpose with a uploaded fuel reciept.

Pay is based off experience and on a percentage basis of work completed for service Technicians in addition to a per call allowance on top of the percentage rate.

Install-

position is a flat rate well above local recommended payments when the job is completed and the passing of state and local code inspections. These payments are discussed in detail and in a outlined payment format prior to the installation that is completed.

Pay checks are paid out on completion of all work and processed invoicing. The first week is with held for one week and every Friday after that is paid weekly.
