Front Desk Receptionist
Arizona, Phoenix, 85001 Phoenix USAPapago Vans is a leading custom camper van conversion company, dedicated to creating high-quality, bespoke camper vans for our adventurous clients. Founded in 2020 by three lifelong friends, including two Army veterans, we pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience from the moment they step into our shop. As a receptionist, you will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate communication, and support our team in delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to appropriate team members.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and site visits.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide information about our van conversion services and process to potential clients.
- Support other team members with various tasks and projects as required
Physical Requirements: This position is posted at the front desk for the entire day
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time at a desk or workstation.
- Ability to alternate between sitting and standing as needed to maintain comfort and productivity.
- May require occasional movement around the workspace, including light walking or stretching to maintain physical well-being.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Compensation: $19-$23 DOE
HOURS:
Monday- Thursday 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week
7am- 5:30pm
