Experienced Office Manager/Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning
Manage calendars and schedule meetings
Handle internal and external communications, including responding to emails, phone calls, and office correspondence
Assist in preparing reports
Support HR with onboarding, employee records, and office policies
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Assist with special projects as needed by the executive team
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant
Eagerness to overperform
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor
Assertive temperament
Short notice ability to travel
