We need a motivated Collections Representative who can handle a high call volume, negotiate payoffs, and update customer data accurately. You should have strong negotiation skills and be willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle high call volume, negotiate payoffs, and update customer data

2. Follow federal and state regulatory guidelines

3. Provide excellent customer service

4. Collaborate with team members to meet collection targets

Requirements:

5. Proven experience as a Collections Representative

6. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle high call volume

7. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
