EXPERIENCED MOVER/DRIVER

Ontrack Moving is seeking a reliable and motivated Mover/Driver Foreman to lead and manage moving crews while providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for an experienced driver and mover who enjoys leading a team, ensuring the safe transportation of clients’ belongings, and creating a positive moving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Supervise and lead a crew of movers, ensuring efficient workflow, safety, and professionalism throughout the moving process.

Driving: Operate 26-foot box trucks or other company vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations.

Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during moves, addressing concerns, and providing updates to ensure satisfaction.

Moving Operations: Packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking processes, ensuring all items are handled with care and protected against damage.

Training: Train new crew members on proper lifting techniques, packing methods, and customer service standards.

Documentation: Accurately complete paperwork, including inventory lists, contracts, and delivery confirmations.

Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance issues, and ensure trucks are kept clean and organized.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the moving industry, including leadership roles.

Driving Skills: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks preferred.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy furniture and equipment 10-140 pounds repeatedly.

Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.

Customer Focus: Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.

Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Language: English a must, Spanish bilingual a plus

What We Offer:

Weekly Pay $21-$23 per hour DOE plus tips, commission and overtime.

5 PTO days after 90 days of employment.

Time starts at our yard and ends at our yard. We pay for the drive to and from the customer's home.
