DAY PORTER/ JANITORIAL

Seeking responsible, hard working individual that is detail oriented. Dayporter duties will consist of primarily of window cleaning but at times general cleaning tasks such as back pack blowing out of breezeways/ sidewalks, spill clean-up, removal of cobwebs, dusting of window sills, cleaning of light fixtures, removal of debris from the grounds, grassy areas, parking lots, and walk ways on property. Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, restroom cleaning, etc. Must also have reliable transportation to and from company yard located at 19th Avenue and Hatcher (position is multi property throughout valley), have VALID drivers license, provide clean driving record, pass background check, and pass drug test.
