Schedule:
10-hour shift
Monday thru Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

dedicated to creating high-quality products, and are seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic
team.
Position Overview:
The Inventory Specialist will work alongside the Inventory Manager to be responsible for inventory
control, vendor relations, purchasing materials, and conducting product research related to the conversion
van manufacturing industry. This role includes both office and warehouse work, with physical labor
required, such as moving large items and assembling shelving.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive to pick up parts and orders from local vendors.
Maintain consistent stock of inventory and manage warehouse organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Monitor inventory reports, identify trends, and set up automatic recurring deliveries.
Keep accurate records of incoming shipments and goods received.
Process orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in designated areas for
delivery.
Return defective materials/components to vendors.
Prepare parcels for shipping.
Keep the work environment clean and organized (sweeping, dusting, mopping).
Conduct regular spot checks and audits of physical inventory.
Assist with periodic physical inventory audits (monthly).
Move and carry equipment daily; manage inventory movement between warehouses, jobsites, and
showrooms.
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Deliver supplies to designated supply rooms and ensure proper storage.
Manage purchase orders in the inventory management system, monitor backorders, and handle
special orders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (required).
1 year of inventory control experience.
1 year of shipping & receiving (preferred).
Strong computer skills with accurate data entry capabilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. or more.
Must be able to navigate both the office and warehouse to access inventory.
Valid driver’s license (required).
Must be able to pass a background check.
