General Maintenance

A granite fabrication company in the east valley is looking for an assistant general maintenance technician. The assistant technician will work alongside our facility maintenance supervisor to maintain machines, mechanical equipment and preventative maintenance where required.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, have a general maintenance background and be skilled and familiar with, but not limited to, the following disciplines:

Electrical

Plumbing

Forklift experience.

Park Industries equipment is a plus!

Heavy machinery

Maintenance Tasks:

Daily preventative maintenance on all machines

Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machines

Maintain a safe and clean working area

Use maintenance database for work requests and documentation

Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair a variety of machines and equipment

Maintain preventative maintenance documentation

Troubleshooting equipment

Balance workload for downtime on equipment

Work with vendors for parts and repairs
