Main Responsibilities of the job are:

- Manage a crew of 4-6 employees

- Ensure crew is properly maintaining the health and care of the trees on clients’ properties

- Adhere to work order specifications

- Follow industry’s tree care guidelines and standards

- Communicate actively with Arbor Field Supervisor

Must understand and comprehend instructions given by the crew leaders and management team.

Communicate with team members as necessary

Must be able to perform the tasks given by the crew leader such as:

-Pruning and removal of trees

-Stump Grinding

-Cabling and bracing

-Chipping

Identify and recognize safety hazards on trees before ascending (climbing) any tree(s) and/or any other tree-related issues.
