Construction Laborers Wanted (West Valley)

Witherow Construction LLC is a local grading company, is looking for full-time construction laborers to join our team.

The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

-Cleaning and preparing construction sites.

-Loading and unloading materials and equipment.

-Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes.

-Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.

-Operating a water truck on construction site

-Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.

-Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.

Requirements:

Minimum 18 years of age for insurance purposes

Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record to drive company vehicles

Reliable transportation required to job sites

Qualified candidate can work in a team environment, whether performing duties alone or with others, and follow instructions

Physical Requirements:

-Ability to stand, squat, climb, bend, kneel, stoop, walk, push, pull,

-Ability to lift up to 50lbs

-Additional Information

-Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Our office is located in Surprise, Arizona. Most of our jobsites are located in the West Valley.
