Apartment Maintenance Technician

Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our apartment community, Arts District in Phoenix, AZ!

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

-1-3 years general maintenance experience

-EPA certification

-A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player

-Theability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community
