Hiring Landscape Crew Leaders/Drivers ($20.00 START PAY) FULL TIME

Here at Landcom Landscaping, we are looking to hire experienced and professional employees to join our team and who will be on time and work efficiently with great leadership skills.

We are seeking:

Landscape Crew Leader/Drivers - START PAY $20.00

Skills we're Seeking:

- Minimum 3+ years EXPERIENCE in Commercial & HOA Maintenance preferred

- Must demonstrate strong leadership skills

- Desire to learn, train and help others succeed is important for Crew Leader position.

- Valid DL with no major violations is required for Crew Leader position.

- Perform general landscape duties such as:

- Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

- Ability to work 8-hour shifts.

- Must be able to pick up 50 lbs.

- Perform physical labor daily.

- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and twist continuously through the day.

- Ability to properly use hedge trimmers, use blower, spray weeds, use weed eater, rake and pick up efficiently.

- Operate and/or maintain various light equipment and tools.

- Ability to load/unload trash cans/burlaps with plant cuttings onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.)

Schedule:

- Monday through Friday.

- 8-hour shifts.

- 40 hours a week.

Requirements:

- Must be able to pass E-Verify

- 18+ years old

- Minimum 3+ years EXPERIENCE in Commercial & HOA Maintenance preferred

- Must have dependable transportation to yard located in SAN TAN VALLEY

- Valid DL with no major violations is required, ability to drive truck with trailer.
