Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor to join our team in North Scottsdale, AZ. As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of landscape maintenance technicians and ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and lead a team of landscape maintenance and irrigation technicians in all aspects of property maintenance, including trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control

-Coordinate with clients and communicate maintenance schedules, progress, and issues effectively

-Perform irrigation system repairs, installation, and adjustments as needed

-Plant material installation

-Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies

-Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential

-Assist in developing maintenance schedules and proposals

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience

- Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, weed control, and proper maintenance techniques

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
