Shipping Team Member

(Status: Non-Exempt)

Duties:

Perform all aspects of fulfillment, including, but not limited to the following: assembly of work orders, shipping and ship confirmation and gift building.

Participate in Monitoring and leading seasonal team members during peak month.

Perform an accurate inventory count of all packaging and shipping materials.

Pre-pack stock gift items to maintain required inventory levels.

Share in the responsibilities of maintaining a facility that is cleaned properly and kept in compliance with all HACCP, Health Department and Kosher requirements.

Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.

Benchmark daily gifts made by lot codes; daily gifts shipped by lot codes as well as “reject” brownies for quality control purposes.

Contribute to the team effort by assisting in other departments as needed.

Perform all the above duties to the best of one’s ability, and with the utmost integrity, honesty and efficiency.

Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds.

Must be able to work in an environment of temperature change from normal to below freezing.

Ability to work rotating shifts, as required, including but not limited to overtime and weekends, especially during the peak.
