Warehouse Associate Wanted

Guardshack Products, LLC, has been making high quality security enclosures for backflow assemblies, pumps and other devices for over 30 years. We are seeking someone to join our team as a WAREHOUSE SHIPPING/RECEIVING ASSOCIATE

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

Safely Load and unload delivery trucks.

Use powered industrial equipment such and forklift and hand tools safely.

Package, palletize, audit incoming/outgoing products to ensure safe and stable transport.

Complete necessary shipping, accurate receiving and other required documentation accurately according to company standards.

Unpack, verify and inspect products to ensure proper quality and quantity; bring any defects/concerns to management.

Some light fabrication of product.

Arrange appropriate transport of product.

Assist in inventory management and control.

Occasionally deliver and pick up product.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment while meeting productivity requirements.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

-Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or other related fields

-Ability to exert heavy physical effort to handle frequent lifting of 30-60 pounds and occasionally 75 to 100 pounds

-Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach multiple times during shift

-Knowledge and experience using hand tools, material handling equipment and forklift

-Fluent English verbal and written communication skills

-Solid math skills

-Strong time management, multitasking and job prioritization skills

-Perform responsibilities with minimal supervision in support of team and department goals

-Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record

-Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and open to working paid overtime as needed.
