Qualifications:

Previous hosting or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and personalized service to each guest.

Explain menu items, make recommendations, and upsell specialty cocktails and dishes.

Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with bartenders, cooks, and other team members to maintain service flow.

Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism.

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience in an upscale or fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of craft cocktails and spirits is a plus.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Must be 18+ and possess or be willing to obtain required food handler and alcohol service certifications.

Bartender

Bartenders at 36 Below are the architects of our signature cocktail experience. We’re seeking creative and skilled mixologists who are passionate about crafting unique beverages and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of specialty cocktails, beer, and wine.

Maintain knowledge of seasonal menus, ingredients, and themed events.

Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Interact with guests to create an engaging and personalized bar experience.

Assist in inventory management and restocking.

Qualifications:

2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or craft cocktail environment.

Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and trends.

Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.

Must be 21+ and possess required alcohol service certifications.

Cook

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
