HIRING SUSHI CHEF - Competitive Pay

Japanese Restaurant looking for Sushi Chef: Pay higher than industry average.

Located, Central Phoenix Downtown.

Skillset entry level is OK. Looking for a long term team player who is aspiring to grow with company/restaurant.

This position is responsible for making and preparation of menu items; including experience making sushi rolls, sashimi and inspection of all fish and sushi making in order to ensure quality control of raw materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in sushi preparation and efficient/neat roll making skills at a very high volume and fast paced restaurant. Hired chef will be generously compensated, and pay is higher than industry average.

The sushi chef must be detail oriented, knowledgeable about all kinds of sashimi and sushi, and a team player. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent interpersonal skills in a team environment and be task-oriented.
