RR Donnelley is adding a Legal Operations Supervisor to their team!We are seeking a detail oriented and service-driven Supervisor to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for setting priorities, general project/team oversight, and understanding/deploying the resources required for a wide variety of requirements.2nd Shift Schedule - Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the teamOversee staff of 10+ professionalsAnalyze performance and key metricsEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresProactively address, handle, and rectify all client and team concernsChampion project management excellenceDevelop and maintain best-in-class project tracking methodsImplement processes and tools that increase efficiency and ability to deliver exceptional solutionsTranslate the needs of internal partners to the design team and ensure expectations are metManage changes in priorities and implements plans to meet business needsAssist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employeesShare candidate and internal feedback as appropriateMaintain up-to-date documentation on all candidates
