Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title: Maintenance MechanicJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role involves assisting in preventative maintenance on production machinery, completing assigned projects, operating and maintaining equipment, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of work areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, particularly in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Responsibilities

Assist in preventative maintenance on production machinery

Complete projects as assigned by department managers

Operate and maintain assigned equipment according to established procedures

Maintain work and storage areas following established policy and procedures to ensure safety

Use supplies appropriately and effectively

Report problems with equipment and facility in an appropriate and timely manner

Operate scissor lift at heights up to 37 feet while performing job duties

Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Essential Skills

Electrical troubleshooting

PLC troubleshooting

Industrial electrical knowledge

Hydraulics and pneumatics experience

3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience on production equipment

Strong knowledge in electrical troubleshooting up to 480V industrial

Fabrication skills

Ability to read and interpret schematics

Preventive maintenance

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma/equivalent or higher

Commercial laundry experience is a plus

Computer literacy
