Arizona, Phoenix, 85001 Phoenix USAAdecco Healthcare is searching for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Phoenix, AZ - 85019 to join our client's outpatient Primary Care team, reporting directly to the Center Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working with the senior community.Salary$82,000-$92,000Shift
Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
No: OT, weekends, or on-call
Qualifications - Education and ExperienceRequired:
Associate's degree in Nursing.
RN license.
5 years of current direct nursing experience.
Acute care experience.
Primary care experience.
Triage experience.
BLS certification.
Preferred:
BSN or a degree in Healthcare Administration.
Bilingual in Spanish or other languages spoken in the community.
Experience in a community-based clinic, public health department, or working with the senior population.
Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
EMR experience with eClinicalWorks.
Experience working with geriatric patients.

This role collaborates with Providers and Center Management to optimize clinical operations and implement performance improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with national standards and state regulations for nursing, medicine, and pharmacy practices. The position involves providing comprehensive education to patients, families, and staff regarding clinical conditions and procedures, as well as overseeing clinical quality and patient safety through staff training and development. The RN maintains and enforces adherence to clinical processes, policies, and procedures to uphold exceptional standards of care and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Benefits
