It also seeks to cultivate and foster technical innovation, as well as elevate and amplify the technical heartbeat of the organization.Focus:Digital Workplace is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Sr. Agile Champion with an enquiring mind and tons of energy to be responsible for the planning, coordination, and status reporting from initiation to implementation of engineering projects. The candidate will achieve team productivity and agility by demonstrating Agile/Scrum concepts and principles. We are looking for someone who understands technology and can showcase servant leadership qualities to help scrum teams deliver at its best.Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering development projects or programs and platform enhancements
Facilitates scrum ceremonies, daily stand-ups and DOR sessions with delivery teams
Works with the product owners to develop a prioritize team backlog
Support product owners by ensuring regular backlog refinement activities occur for team
Ensures resource dependency alignment across teams
Execute the Program Increment (PI) objectives to support the strategy, vision and roadmap
Generate and facilitate approval of digital Agile Charter every PI
Support product owners by ensuring process documentation and flowcharts are created and maintained
Keep updated with latest SDLC Agile compliance standards and audit points
Ensure team Confluence site is maintained and reflects Sprint changes
Create data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metrics
Raises impediments, handles risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs
Identifies and tracks key project achievements
Cultivates, coaches, and communicates an Agile mindset
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
3-5 years relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of growingresponsibility
Certification(s) in agile or scrum a plus
Experience with Jira a plus
Knowledge/Skills:
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM best practices
Be flexible and adapt to change easily and often
Technical acumen and ability to understand the team’s technical platforms and applications
Facilitate technical solution alignment discussions
Coach team in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
Live the Agile and SAFe Values and Principles
Encourage diversity of thought and demonstrate an open mindset
Foster a culture of trust and leadership in others
Champion a learning culture to drive continuous improvements and standardization
Respectfully and purposefully challenge the status quo
Promotes compliance with SDLC standards across the team
Ensures data integrity for the team within the Agile Management tools
QualificationsSalary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
