They are a top performer with well-established market relationships, demonstrating expertise in direct sales and team collaboration.Responsibilities include developing strategic accounts, collaborating with the Hyatt Sales Force, conducting site inspections, and delivering client presentations/webinars. This person will actively contribute to business development efforts, preparing effective proposals, maintaining organized documentation using tools like Cvent and Hyatt Operating systems.Additionally, this person will closely collaborate with the sales, events, and operations teams to effectively manage the corporate group market. They will support the sales team and Director of Sales & Marketing in maintaining client relationships, striving for maximum hotel profitability and exceptional guest service.Qualifications:

Minimum of (3) three years previous hotel sales experience, preferably in a lifestyle/boutique luxury hotel or resort

College degree

Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision

Knowledge of travel industry, current market trends and economic factors

Skill in development and delivery of sales presentations.

Ability to deal with internal and external customers and staff, collect accurate information and to resolve conflicts

Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance

Ability to travel for work when needed

Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers as well as internal and external stakeholders
