The Service Desk is the team that handles requests and issues from all Choice Hotels employees. Everything from simple password resets to providing access to applications and onboarding new employees. Answer calls from employees needing help with various issues such as:

Password reset

Account Lockout

Application Access

Work tickets to fulfill requests such as:

New employee onboarding

Terminations

Application Access

Create and update documentation for the Service Desk

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

Superior customer service skills

Experience with Active Directory and/or LDAP

Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting hardware and applications

Experience troubleshooting VPN issues

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Demonstrates key competencies to include Effective Communication, Ensures Accountability and Customer Focus

Your Team This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Senior Manager, Data Center Operation. You will have 5 peer teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.Your Work LocationAs our Service Desk Specialist I, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art technology hub in Scottsdale, Arizona, St Louis Park, Minnesota or Rockville, Maryland.Right now, our Service Desk associates in Scottsdale, AZ are working in the office 5 days a week. The Service Desk has two shifts right currently: 1) 5am – 1:30pm and 2) 8:30am – 5pm. You may be required to work either shift based on the needs of the company.We are focused on safety and wellness in our offices, and as such, as a Choice associate you will be required to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status and provide a copy of your vaccination card.
