Job Details

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE

Extensive US residential market research including but not limited to investigation of key customer product needs and requirements.
Direct communication with potential key customers.
Detailed mapping of competitive landscape including but not limited to technologies and auxiliary products offered.
Develop and manage differentiating definition of inverter, energy storage, and other potentially required auxiliary products.
Close communication with internal product team at headquarters.
Product development process tracking.
Drive to improve future and existing product documentation and processes.
Customer engagements/meetings, trade shows, and other events that might be relevant to this position.
Product Management activities related to company's current core business, utility-scale and C&I.

MUST HAVES

Bachelor's degree in product and electrical engineering field.
Three years of experience with inverter technology.
Experience in energy storage preferred.
Two years of experience in a product management role
Thorough understanding of the US residential market including all technologies, codes, and regulations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Mandarin language skills are not required but is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of technical problem solving/analytical skills
You are a self-starter with strong initiatives and an excellent communicator
System and product level mindset
Organization, detailed-oriented nature and strong initiative
Strong technical support focus and a service oriented individual both with Sales team and customers
Travel approximately 25%
100% remote preferrably on the West Coast
