Your superior customer service skills alongside your experience working with client/server and/or Web Based technologies will ensure your success in this role.Responsibilities include: Consulting and implementing our Workforce Ready solution. Developing solutions using the Kronos workforce management software that meets customer requirements Facilitating workshops to identify requirements, documenting the requirements and developing prototypes to use to confirm requirements back to the customer Assisting the customer with testing, understanding the solution and hand holding (application orientation) during handover of the system Consulting customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures Communicating with customers in a timely, professional manner and escalating issues to the Project Manager as necessaryQualifications Previous experience with implementing software solutions would be ideal Exposure into HR/Workforce software would be a distinct advantage You must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent communication and consulting skills are essential The ability to configure software and troubleshoot issues is preferred The ability to travel up to 25%Company OverviewHere at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
