Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support related to our trucking and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Inbound and schedule all customer freight

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Assist drivers and customers with customer applications and portals.

Assist in routing and supporting drivers with issues while delivering.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in warehousing, trucking, or logistics.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or related fields are a plus.
