Start Pay$24

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at our community. This is a full-time position available for immediate hire.

Requirements:

Previous work experience as a Site Manager or Leasing Assistant.

Excellent organization and communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Working knowledge of Yardi.

Familiarity with Fair Housing laws is a plus.

Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities:

Respond to leasing inquiries from prospective residents.

Schedule and organize property showings.

Assist applicants with application packages.

Support move-in and move-out processes.

Work on reports such as DQ, rent roll.

Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service.
