Accounts Receivable Clerk

Nesbitt Contracting Co., Inc. is looking for an accounts receivable clerk:

Responsibilities:

Utilizing construction accounting software (Vista-Trimble) to process all accounts receivable-related transactions for a large construction company, including invoices and retentions

Preparing Excel spreadsheets and AIA forms

Working with project engineers and managers for pay apps and related processing

Posting AR receipts

Learning other accounting functions thru cross training within the accounting group

Requirements:

Must be very detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Effectively learn to process monthly pay apps and transactions in accounts receivable

Willing to work as part of a team to complete tasks

Knowledge of construction accounting is helpful

A clean MVR and drug test are required

This position is in office, not remote
