Financial Services Professional

Start Date: 1/13/2025

Pay Rate During Contract: $24/hr

Contract Length: 4 month contract to hire

Pay Rate after Conversion: $52,000 yearly salary + $5k bonus for passing SIE once converted.

Worksite Type: Hybrid – 3 days in office per week, 2 days remote.

Must have proper work from home set up for remote days: if VPN doesn’t connect at home (slow internet, not secure, etc.) associates will need to work in the office until resolved.

Worksite Location: Tempe, AZ 85281

Schedule: 40 hours per week within below hours of operation

Hours of Operation (open availability required within this range): Mon-Fri 7am-5pm MST

Training Schedule: 7am-3:30pm MST

Job Description:

The journey will begin with a four-month contract training program, during which you will study for and obtain your SIE, receiving extensive training on clients, systems, and products. Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job training on our Service 360 team.

You will serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions.
