Accounting Help, Quickbooks Pro Needed

We are an Accounting firm located in Ahwatukee and are looking for a full time individual to join our team, that is proficient in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will need to have the following skills:

Need to know how to do reconciliations in QB online and QB desktop

Need to know how to generate profit and loss and balance sheets in both QB online and QB desktop

Need to be affluent and well versed in Quickbooks both online and desktop and how it works

Need to be able to take incoming calls and make outgoing IRS or state inquiry calls

Need someone who is diligent with follow up

Need to be VERY organized and able to work in Microsoft office with Outlook and Excel

The compensation will be $22 an hour, with a potential after 90 days to opt in for health insurance. Schedule will be Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00.
