Seeking Experienced Plumbing Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

- Estimate plumbing projects by thoroughly analyzing plans, specifications and other relevant documents.

- Collaborate with clients, contractors and suppliers to gather accurate information for project pricing.

- Prepare detailed job cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment and overhead expenses

- Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements and ensure accurate estimation

- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and proposals with clients and subcontractors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a plumbing estimator or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials and installation methods.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications and technical drawings.

- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost estimation.

- Effective communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients, contractors and suppliers.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
