Elements Blowdry & Lash Salon specializes in blowouts, lash extensions & brows. We are seeking passionate and invested individuals to join our team of talented professionals.

Join our team as a Lash & Brow Technician (can be either/or) and showcase your expertise in providing high-quality lash & brow services including extensions, lash lift & tint, brow laminations, brow wax, brow tint, upper lip wax, all facial waxing.

At our salon, we prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a welcoming environment for EVERYONE - both clients and staff.

Must have a valid and current cosmetology license or an Esthetician license in the State of Arizona

We have generous hourly and commission pay options.

Duties:

- Perform eyelash extension services, including application, removal, and maintenance

- Perform lash lift & tints, brow laminations, brow wax & tint, all other facial waxing, etc

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

Skills:

- Strong knowledge and experience in eyelash extensions

- Proficient in various eyelash extension techniques, including classic, volume, and hybrid

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
