We are a leading UTV rental business in Sedona, offering self-guided tours of the stunning red rock landscapes. Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences for our customers while prioritizing safety and responsible recreation.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Check-In: Greet customers with a friendly smile, complete rental agreements, and process payments.

Vehicle Instruction: Provide comprehensive safety briefings, demonstrate proper UTV operation, and offer tips for navigating Sedona's trails.

Trail Guidance: Offer recommendations on scenic routes, points of interest, and local attractions.

Problem Solving: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and ensure a positive experience for all.

General Office Duties: Answer phone calls, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for outdoor adventure and UTVs.

Strong knowledge of Sedona's trails and attractions.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required.
