Sales/Office Associate

Destination Alaska is a top-tier, first-class tourism company, specializing in customized adventure packages. We are looking for a Sales/Office Associate who can help drive customer sales. This person must be sales-focused, organized and able to excel in a fast-paced working environment. They should have a background in tourism based in Homer and/or Alaska. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer experience above all else and act as the customer liaison without the duration of trip.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Background in sales and tourism (preferably Alaskan-based)

Basic knowledge of MS office e.g., Word and Excel

Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and communication skills, we need someone who understands that the customer experience starts and ends with our sales and office staff.

Customer-focused and sales-driven

Comfortable answering customer questions
