PC Law Associates was established in 2007 to help national title agents to centralize processes and increase operational efficiency while maintaining compliance in each state. Our staff of attorneys, closing professionals, and network affiliates offer years of industry experience to support you, and we are currently seeking individuals licensed to practice law in Alaska to draft real estate transaction documents for a nationwide client base on a contract / 1099 basis. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys to supplement a growing law practice.

Responsibilities:

Draft real estate transaction documents including deeds, subordinations, powers of attorney, mortgage satisfactions, and affidavits.

Able to work with flexible assignments

Skills and Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing

Familiarity with various real estate related legal documents

Understanding of residential refinance transactions

Excellent written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
