Local general contractor seeking landscape maintenance manager for year round employment. Growing season responsibilities include lawn mowing, weed whacking, thatching, pruning, weeding, power washing. General landscaping knowledge a must. Winter work entails running a plow truck, some hand shoveling, and organizing a crew of shovelers. Comfortability on roofs and ladders necessary for spring/fall gutter cleaning.
