Frontier glass is looking for

Customer Service Represenative-we are willing to train

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team full-time.

Responsibilities include:

-Handle and coordinate active calendars

-Schedule and confirm appointments

-Maintain job tracking and communicate with customers and vendors

-Quoting a variety of automotive, residential, and equipment glass products through multiple vendors

-Purchasing all necessary parts, equipment, and supplies

-Providing estimates to customers via phone, email, or walk in

-Collecting day to day payments as well as monitoring customer account balances

-Monitoring job status and billing upon job completion

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team full-time. We are a very diverse company, we work with auto glass, flat glass, heavy equipment, residential repair and install and some light commercial work.
