Shuttle Driver and General Assistant

Alpine Air Alaska operates daily helicopter tours and charters from our base in Girdwood. We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented team player to join our Customer Service team as a shuttle driver and general assistant.

Applicants need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and be adaptable. Must be at least 25 years old, have a current driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Must be capable and comfortable driving in all weather conditions and be willing to take on other tasks when no shuttles are scheduled.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing safe round trip transportation from Anchorage to Girdwood in company vehicle

- Providing information about our tours and the area

- Cheerfully engaging with customers

- Assisting guests in loading and unloading

- Cleaning shuttles and ensure routine maintenance is up to date

- Coordinating vehicle maintenance appointments

- Running errands

- Helping with other tasks as assigned
