WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Perform a wide range of HVAC services, including installation, repair, maintenance, and system inspections.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
Receive job assignments from dispatchers and communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding of job requirements and timelines.
Interact professionally with customers, addressing their HVAC concerns, explaining services, and providing accurate cost estimates.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. Provide detailed reports to supervisors and dispatchers.
Manage inventory and ensure that HVAC tools and materials are properly maintained and stocked.
Be available for on-call duties to handle emergency HVAC issues outside of regular business hours.
Collaborate closely with other team members, dispatchers, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3-5 years of HVAC experience, preferably in a dispatch or service-based role.
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an HVAC apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training.
Valid HVAC certification and licensure as required by local or state regulations.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
