Maintenance Technician

Busy Construction Company seeking a lead maintenance technician. Looking for someone with a well-rounded skill set including but not limited to the following:

Drywall work

Painting

Flooring

Siding

Fencing

Insulation(removal and installation)

The ideal candidate must have experience in residential and commercial construction and be able to oversee the field guys. This is a year round position for the right candidate. Candidate must possess a valid Alaska Driver’s license, and be able to pass both a pre-employment drug test and a background check for base access.
