Housing Property Manager

Valley Residential Services (VRS) is recruiting for a Housing Property Management position. We are looking for a motivated person to join our team and assist our organization as we continue to grow our mission to provide affordable housing to the persons in need in the Mat-Su Valley. This person will help us manage and stay compliant with various agencies we partner with in the 26 properties and 400 residential units we manage.

Work Experience for a property manager or developer of Affordable Housing with specific experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME Investment Partnership Program, Section 8 (including HVC vouchers, Project-based Section 8, and/or HUD 202 and HUD multifamily) and knowledge of related laws and regulations. Experience in housing rental management, property management, report preparation, and file management. Ensure all paperwork in files and e-files are maintained and required documentation is in order.

. Knowledge of and ability to navigate in Yardi Breeze would be a plus

. Would maintain HUD and LIHTC compliance for resident qualification, documentation, files and reporting
