Maintenance Tech

The applicant should have basic knowledge in the following areas, electrical, heat/vac, plumbing, grounds keeping, painting, snow removal, small loader operation, grounds keeping and upkeep of our buildings, basic vehicle knowledge/maintenance, carpentry, applicant should also be able to lift 50 lbs.,

The applicant should have a neat and clean appearance, as they will be representing baileys in whatever and wherever they are performing their duties, both on and off bailey's property. Have good organizational skills to be working on a few different projects that are sometimes ongoing, mixed with the day-to-day necessary duties that will still need attention, , the applicant should be able to work well with others, as a team when needed and individually when required. Should be adaptable to all weather conditions and have a willingness to learn and take on new tasks that may be unfamiliar and not being outlined here, a positive attitude and personable skills are highly sought after for this or any position at bailey's furniture.
