Dental Assistant

Alaska Dental Care is looking for a full-time dental assistant to join our growing team! We are looking for a punctual, coachable, team member who shares our values and passion for our patients and team. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

-Prepare the patient for the appropriate procedures

-Assist doctor during exams and treatment, including the taking of x-rays

-Keep operatories, sterilization, and lab areas sanitized, fully stocked and organized

Experience preferred but not required in the following:

-Well-versed in dental terminology

-Knowledge of dental CDT codes

-Experience with Dentrix

Job requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Punctual and reliable with a professional appearance
