Plane transportation provided

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel standards

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Assist with food prep and kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred

Ability to work winter season in Alaska

Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented

Must follow safety and sanitation procedures
