We are a regional property preservation company looking for General Contractors who service the Greater Birmingham Area. Banks are sending us larger jobs than our normal preservation subcontractors can perform.

-Unit Turns

-Rehabs

Requirements:

- Understand property preservation guidelines. (We can teach you mainly taking photos of the work.)

- Ability to use a phone app for documenting work and taking photos.

- Every job requires before, during, and after photos.

- Agreement with our company values.
