As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that the products meet quality standards, all while working in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect materials and products during the production process.

Identify defects, malfunctions, or deviations from product standards.

Document inspection results and report findings to the relevant team.

Compare products against set specifications and standards.

Perform routine quality checks to ensure compliance.

Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs (team lifts for items over 50 lbs).

Stand for extended periods (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts depending on plant assignment).

Work in non-climate-controlled environments.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and write in English.

Capable of standing for long shifts.

Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments.

Able to pass a drug screen and background check (up to 7 years).

Must have steel-toed boots that rise at least a quarter-inch above the ankle.

Basic high school education (may be required depending on facility).

Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is a plus.

Steel-toed boots with metatarsals (dependent on specific plant requirements).
