Mainframe Developer

Position: Mainframe Developer Duration: 8 months with Extension Possible Location: Montgomery, AL (Onsite from day1) Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in database programming
• Self-organization and time management skills
• Strong troubleshooting methodology experience, problem solving skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers, legacy team, and peers while participating in discussions with business and leads
• Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and able to work well with team
• Values deadlines and complete work on time

• Minimum of 7 years of Mainframe developer experience or similar role
• 4+ years of hands-on experience performing data migration of mainframe data Identifying and analyzing source data (Data-conversion & data modeling experience)
• Transforming data into required format
• Experience in data clean up activities strong conversion development experience great demonstrable knowledge of logical and physical data modeling using normalizing techniques
